Lectio Divina

Pastors are invited to experience the ancient art of Lectio Divina, or Sacred Reading offered by the Pastors Retreat Network in the self-directed program of the Sinai Experience. A very ancient art, practiced at one time by all Christians, Lectio Divina is a slow contemplative praying of the Scriptures which enables the Bible, the Word of God, to become a means of union with God.

Lectio Divina has no other goal than spending time with God through His Word. The Pastor is invited to dialogue with the Word that is the Scripture and the Word that is Christ.
