Scott spent 25 years in the computer consulting industry in delivery and management positions before joining Pastors Retreat Network as Executive Director in 2002. Many years of service in the men's ministry of his church provided real world experience and a glimpse into the personal lives of those who serve the Church. In his role as executive director, Scott oversees operations and finance and builds relationships with donors and friends of the ministry. Scott and his wife, Melinda, have been involved in this ministry as volunteers, donors, and advocates since its inception in 1997. The Papadors are the parents of three young adults. Scott is a graduate of WCTC.
