Scott spent 25 years in the Computer Consulting industry in delivery and management positions before joining Pastors Retreat Network as its Executive Director in 2002. Many years of service in the men's ministry of his church provided real world experience and a glimpse into the personal lives of those who serve the Church. He and his wife, Melinda, are the parents of three young adults. The Papadors have been involved in the ministry as volunteers, donors, and advocates since its inception in 1996. |

| Reason for Involvement |
God does an awesome work in the hearts and ministries of the men and women who spend time with Him at our retreat centers. They return to their congregations refreshed and excited about Jesus Christ and the ministry God has given them. I am honored and humbled to be serving with God. I can't think of a thing I'd rather do. |
